My 90 days in the Schengen are coming to an end and the plan has always been to take time out of the Schengen in Morocco. I have slowly been working my way south and was planning to cross over from Algeciras to Tangier on a 45 minute ferry

Due to political disagreements between Spain and Morocco this border is closed. So I booked the next nearest route which was from Barcelona

When I was in Seville I recieved an email saying my ferry was cancelled

There are now no ferries running at all between Spain and Morocco. They transferred me onto a boat leaving from Genoa

So I am driving nearly 2000km north to then get a ferry all the way back again 😅
It’s all part of the adventure
