With international travel restrictions still in place, I decided to start off my vanlife adventure by exploring more of England. First stop, Cornwall…

I was so lucky with the weather and really felt like I was in a tropical place! It was difficult to find places to park up for free in Cornwall, I mostly used farmers fields or other bits of private land which offered overnight stays for a fee (£5-8). I felt safe and happy travelling alone in my van and met interesting people along the way. The narrow Cornish roads were certainly a challenge, but one I would happily do again.
